Fashionable Burlap

If only my mind was this creative… Melissa Brown had a brilliant idea to rejuvenate natural burlap and jute bags that have been emptied of their raw coffee by our local coffee roasters. Once they have been retired from their original purpose, the bags are the perfect material to combine with stylish fabrics for creating interesting, beautiful handbags. Recycling for the sake of fashion, her purses are handmade one-of-a-kind pieces of art.  My personal favorite is the re-used Publix grocery bag made fashionable!!
