Returning Home

This morning was my first day back in the coffee shop after being in Kalamazoo, Michigan for 8 days visiting my family. As much fun as I had taking Mycah to the Bird Sanctuary (where I used to go as a child) and playing in the sand on Lake Michigan, it didn’t compare to the joy of seeing my parents interact with their first grand baby.  It amazes me how one little person can bring so many people together.  My cup surely felt full as I shared my heart about the last six months of being a new mom and even more so today.  I was sitting in front of my computer trying to catch up on a weeks worth of work while Mycah sat in her booster chair flinging her toys EVERYWHERE, I was welcomed back by just about everyone that walked thru the door.  I am truly blessed to be a part of such a wonderful community who really cares about each other.
